Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver client-centered programming, provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes for children.\n\nThis position is onsite at our clinic location, Monday through Friday, with the potential for up to three flex/remote days per month, at the discretion of your direct supervisor.\n\nTotal Compensation Package from $65,000 to $92,000 annually.\nYour total compensation consists of a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.\n\nSalary Range: $65,000 to $75,000\nMonthly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,000 per month, Up to $12,000 per year!\nSign On Bonus: Up to $5,000\nCEUs: 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend +CASP Membership\nRelocation Packages available\nWork Life Balance:\n\nWork from Home Days: 3 work-from-home days per month.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.\nManageable Caseloads: You’ll support an average of 7 clients.\n27 days off: Includes holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays.\nWho We Are:\nAt BrightPath Behavior, we are dedicated to empowering children through compassionate, individualized ABA therapy. If you are a passionate and dedicated BCaBA ready to grow your career, we’d love to hear from you!\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Interaction:\n\nDeliver individualized ABA therapy, maintaining rapport and adapting programming goals as directed by the supervising BCBA.\nConduct assessments and assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.\nSupervision and Training:\n\nSupervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence.\nProvide feedback and professional development opportunities for team members.\nParent Training and Collaboration:\n\nWork with caregivers to facilitate training and skill generalization in non-therapeutic settings.\nServe as a liaison between the BCBA, families, and other team members to ensure consistency of care.\nData Collection and Reporting:\n\nCollect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor progress and make treatment recommendations.\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports and compliance with billing requirements.\nCompliance and Communication:\n\nAdhere to BrightPath’s policies, BACB standards, and insurance carrier requirements.\nParticipate in team meetings, communicate updates effectively, and support collaborative care.\nSkills & Qualifications\nMust maintain active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).\nBachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.\nActively accruing fieldwork hours towards Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (preferred)\nCurrently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in psychology, applied behavior analysis, education, special education, or other qualifying degree program in accordance with BACB requirements. (preferred)\nKnowledge of ABA principles, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental disorders.\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize competing tasks.\nActive CPR/BLS certification\nPassion for helping children achieve their full potential in diverse environments\nAbility to commute to: Cedar Park, TX.
