We are seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise clinical and support staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care within our detoxification and rehabilitation programs.\nProgram Operations & Supervision Oversee day-to-day operations of detoxification and rehabilitation services.\nEnsure the delivery of quality care that aligns with organizational policies and Wisconsin DHS regulations.\nMonitor client census, admissions, discharges, and program flow to ensure efficient operations.\nAssist in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented treatment environment.\nAddress operational issues and support continuous program improvement initiatives.\nStaff Leadership & Development Directly supervise counselors, technicians, peer support staff, and other assigned personnel.\nProvide coaching, mentoring, training, and ongoing support to staff.\nConduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and corrective action processes when necessary.\nEnsure adequate staffing coverage and assist with scheduling.\nPromote a positive team culture focused on professionalism, accountability, and client care.\nClinical Support & Documentation Oversight Support clinical staff in maintaining timely and accurate documentation.\nMonitor treatment planning, client progress, and discharge processes for compliance and quality.\nCollaborate with medical, nursing, and clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive client care.\nFacilitate communication among multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of services.\nRegulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), licensing standards, Medicaid requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.\nParticipate in audits, licensing reviews, and accreditation activities.\nConduct chart reviews and documentation audits to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.\nAssist with implementation of corrective action plans and quality improvement initiatives.\nMaintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.\nCommunity & Referral Relations Support relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations.\nRepresent the facility professionally during community outreach and partnership activities.\nAssist in strengthening referral networks and promoting program services.\nAdministrative Responsibilities Assist with program reporting, data collection, and performance monitoring.\nSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.\nMonitor productivity and service utilization metrics.\nCollaborate with leadership regarding operational goals, staffing needs, and resource allocation.\nLeadership & Program Development Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and enhance program effectiveness.\nSupport organizational initiatives and strategic objectives.\nFoster a culture of recovery, respect, accountability, and excellence in client care.\nServe as a role model for staff by demonstrating strong leadership and ethical decision-making.\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.\nExperience working in substance use disorder treatment, detoxification, behavioral health, or residential treatment settings.\nPrior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.\nKnowledge of Wisconsin DHS regulations, Medicaid requirements, and substance use disorder treatment practices.\nStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.\nAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.\nCompensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience, licensure, and supervisory responsibilities.
