Join us in driving meaningful change and making a lasting impact on the environment.\nAbout the role\nThe Process Engineer is responsible for knowledge of Semiconductor process and product interactions with efficient and reliable operation of Semiconductor epitaxial reactors (MOCVD, MBE), ensuring high product quality, production yield, and equipment uptime. This role mainly supports both Production activities, including process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nProcess Engineer:\nThis role is aimed at those with good working knowledge and experience in Process Engineering and a solid understanding of the manufacturing process.\nAimed at those that can apply working knowledge in Process Engineering and other areas of the organisation.\nResponsible for continuing to focus on expanding knowledge of Semiconductor process and product interactions.\nThis role will mainly focus on the epitaxy process, although support in sustaining or operating the reactor may be required at times.\nThis role requires data analysis, recipe development, equipment qualification, and cross-functional collaboration to meet technical and customer requirements.\nThis role is aimed at those with a moderate level of knowledge and experience of the organization, processes and customers and is expected to work with guidance from senior level roles.\nMust have an intermediate level of analytics, scientific method, and operational process of epitaxial material.\nMust be able to resolve complex problems and troubleshooting efforts.\nMust be able to use working knowledge to recommend solutions and best practice with a key focus on continuous improvement.\nMust be able to work independently, with little supervision.\nWorks autonomously within established procedures and practices.\nMust be able work to clearly defined methods and tasks, working to structured work assignments to complete tasks safely and with quality in mind.\nWorks with the ability to modify their approach to certain tasks within the scope of certified areas.\nProvides solutions to gaps in the process documentation and assists in updating associated work instructions.\nCan assist and mentor lower-level roles as required.\nSupports the company initiatives, policies, and values.\nThis is a M-F role.\n\nAbout you u\nExperience Requirements for the Process Engineer – P2:\nAdvanced experience in Process Engineering or equivalent manufacturing field.\n7+ Years experience in Process Engineering or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or knowledge is desirable.\nReactor (MOCVD, MBE) process knowledge.\nMust have experience with SPC and recipe editing.\nExperience with reactor maintenance is a plus.\nQualification Requirements for the Process Engineer – P2:\nLevel 4-5 Qualification or 2-Year/Associate’s technical degree in Engineering or equivalent, physics, materials science, or related technical field.
