Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPossess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies.Develop and deliver training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.Demonstrate familiarity with secure data environments, role-based access controls (RBAC), and cataloging standards.Create and adapt hands-on instructional content including practical exercises simulating real-world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks.Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and Government-directed priorities.Facilitate documentation, post-training support, and dynamic engagement with both U.S. and partner nation personnel using strong written and verbal communication skills. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction.Working knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, with practical exposure to ESRI ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks, or other mission-relevant tools. Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting interagency collaboration, training program evaluation, or working with international or partner-nation personnel.
