This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently on defined projects and is passionate about building high-quality software that improves the customer experience. You’ll contribute across the stack, delivering production-ready code and collaborating with peers to ensure technical excellence.\nRequirements:\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork independently on defined technology projects and deliver high-quality software components.\nDesign, build, and maintain small tools and production features that improve system reliability and customer experience.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Node.js, TypeScript, and/or Angular.\nContribute to both front-end and back-end development as needed.\nConduct thoughtful and thorough code reviews to uphold team quality standards.\nSolve moderately complex technical problems, identifying and navigating potential risks or roadblocks.\nCommunicate effectively within your team and with related partner teams.\nManage your own priorities and workstreams, demonstrating strong self-direction and organization.\nQualifications:\n2+ years of software engineering experience working full-stack across multiple technical domains\nExperience working with product managers & tech leadership to determine requirements, designing solutions, writing code, writing tests, deploying changes, and support\nStrong communication skill, ability to easily collaborate with rest of engineering team & cross-functional teams\nPrevious NodeJS experience is a must have\nPrevious Typescript experience is a plus\nWhat We Offer:\nTime Off: Flexible PTO\nFamily Support: Generous parental and caregiver leave\nFinancial Wellness: 401(k) matching\nHealth: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans\nEnvironment: Remote-first culture with dedicated support for distributed teams\nLocation Information\nThis role offers the option to be hybrid (Dallas, Denver, New York City, Omaha) or fully remote.
