Ensures project activities are conducted efficiently, on schedule, and in adherence to quality standards. The QCM coordinates closely with the Wireless CAD team, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Quality Control team, and Engineers, contributing significantly to project efficiency and success.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage and complete projects which are assigned / awarded on time and in budget.\nWork closely with Wireless CAD, Site Acquisition, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Quality Control teams to ensure deliverables meet client and jurisdiction standards.\nReview / Redline A&E drawings.\nReview / Redline structural documents.\nManage client requests, including purchase orders and invoicing requirements.\nManage subcontractors, including issuing purchase orders and approving invoices.\nManage internal trackers to ensure delivery schedules are met.\nAttend client meetings as required, either in person or virtually.\nUpload documents and manage internal SharePoint folders.\nAbility to travel as needed.\nEnsure confidentiality of company information.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by management.\n\nQualifications\n\nAssociate's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience required.\nMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or supervision, preferably within the wireless telecommunications or a related construction/infrastructure industry required.\nFamiliarity with project management principles and basic methodologies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and experience with project tracking tools.\nBasic understanding of wireless telecommunication infrastructure components and deployment processes.\nAbility to interpret basic construction drawings and site plans.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and subcontractors.\nExperience in the wireless telecommunications industry with specific knowledge of carrier standards.\nBasic understanding of financial processes related to projects.\nDesire and demonstrated potential for advancement to a Project Manager role preferred.\nIntroductory project management certification preferred.\nFamiliarity with client portals and project management software used in the telecom industry.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.\nHighly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success.\nThe ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company mission, and exemplify CCI leadership behaviors.\n\nShift is full-time Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
