As a Sr. Program Manager, you own the programs that bring these capabilities to life.\n\nYou coordinate across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Commercial teams to launch and scale physical location services. One day you work through smart locker deployments with Engineering. The next, you optimize reverse logistics flows with Operations. Your recommendations shape which initiatives scale and which sunset, balancing growth with sustainable operations.\n\nThis role demands strong organizational skills and comfort with complexity. You analyze operational data, build consensus, and maintain momentum through uncertainty. You make progress with incomplete information. You move between planning and hands-on execution. You build lasting partnerships across organizations that don't report to you.\n\nKey job responsibilities\n\nLaunch physical location services that reduce delivery costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction\nBuild analytics and monitoring systems that enable rapid issue resolution across the location network\nSupport quarterly planning with senior stakeholders, aligning investments across returns, drop spots, and carrier initiatives\nImprove returns processing speed through data-driven process optimization\nBuild compliance systems ensuring locations meet federal shipping and local zoning requirements\nLead cross-functional teams through critical launch phases, maintaining momentum and removing blockers\nReduce location launch timelines through standardized playbooks and quality controls\nOptimize location networks through financial modeling, volume analysis, and expansion planning\n\nAbout the team\nWe are NOVA, a technical product organization that incubates and grows new revenue-generating businesses for Amazon Shipping.
