It provides speech-generating devices, software, and services designed to improve communication, independence, and quality of life while supporting individuals, families, caregivers, and care teams.About the OpportunityThe Trial Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary customer contact during the pre-trial process. This role combines consultative sales, customer education, and insurance benefits expertise to guide individuals, caregivers, and Speech-Language Pathologists through AAC technology and the device trial process. The position ensures customers understand their options, feel confident moving forward, and experience a smooth transition into the trial stage.Responsibilities• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the pre-trial process, providing personalized support.• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand communication goals and recommend appropriate AAC solutions.• Demonstrate how AAC technology can improve communication and quality of life.• Educate customers, caregivers, and clinicians about AAC benefits, trial procedures, and available resources.• Maintain current knowledge of devices, software, and accessories to align product features with customer needs.• Address customer questions and objections to encourage trial participation.• Adapt communication approaches beyond standard scripts to meet individual customer needs.• Screen customers for trial suitability and coordinate preparation activities.• Accurately explain insurance benefits, eligibility requirements, and financial responsibilities.• Assist customers with insurance and financial assistance processes.• Coordinate scheduling and proactively address barriers to trial readiness.• Verify customer information and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.• Monitor customer engagement and operational metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.• Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales, customer service, healthcare, insurance, or related customer-facing roles.• Proven ability to build trust through consultative communication.• Strong presentation, communication, and active listening skills.• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to explain insurance and financial information clearly, accurately, and compassionately.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, insurance, durable medical equipment (DME), or AAC.• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
