Our in-field teams have the knowledge and experience to take on younger individuals who wish to create a lasting career in the Tower and Communications infrastructure industry, we are looking for individuals with a can-do positive attitude who wish to prove their mettle and be rewarded as such. If you’re looking to change things up from your typical Carrier work and are wishing to diversify your skills, consider Vertical Axis for your next step in bettering your skillset, we focus on Turnkey Tower construction from the ground up and believe in rotating individuals in their applied tasks to be more rounded out on the Civil and Tower side of things.\n\nWe have more work than we know what to do with on the table and are looking for members who wish to grow within a company that is employee first minded and wants to change the industry standards! We understand that it’s not just a job or career, it’s a lifestyle and our growth and goals have that in mind to protect our staff to create lasting opportunities and growth to make sure you’re not left behind with age.\n\nCompensation and Benefits are:\n\n· Pay Scale $20-$40 an hour. Depending on Experience.\n\n· Individual healthcare with HRA with an average Reimbursement equal to 60% to 100% of healthcare covered.\n\n· Per diem is $40 a day.\n\n· Hotels are Paid for by the company (Foreman Chooses Hotel: Budget of $150 per room per night)\n\n· All Travel Time is Payed in full scale, we believe time spent away from home traveling is part of the job and you should be compensated as such.\n\nWorking Rotations are 3 weeks on 1 week home.
