This role ensures that materials are received, stored, and distributed in a safe and timely manner to support operational goals. Position also supports client inventory movement through our pick and pack system.\r\nMust have experience operating a power jack, tow motor and fork lift. We provide the certification!\r\nReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders with an ability to learn our inventory management system.\r\nAccurately prepare and stage paper needed for print based on needs and schedule.\r\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, paper roll clamp and other warehouse equipment safely.\r\nMaintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, storage, and documentation.\r\nPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.\r\nLoad and unload trucks based on schedule.\r\nLoad, chart and process recycled goods.\r\nEnsure warehouse cleanliness and organization.\r\nAssist the work environment in a helpful and supportive manner, as requested, from any team member.\r\nPerform other duties assigned to support the needs of the business. May consist of assisting a peer department or function temporarily or long term.\r\nFollow all safety protocols and company procedures.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nFollow and exemplify Heeter Core Values.\r\nQualifications:\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\nPrevious warehouse or material handling experience preferred.\r\nActivity: Standing up to 8 hours per day with the ability to walk, touch and climb at any point throughout the day. Some equipment requires the ability to walk narrow ramps and reach to adjust function.
