You'll be deploying and debugging real robot systems at customer sites.\n\nWhat to Expect\nAs a Robotics Engineer on our Forward Deployment team, you will be the hands‑on expert who makes our solutions work on real robot hardware. You'll bridge simulation and reality, ensuring policies trained in our platform perform in customer environments.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nDeploy and tune robot systems at customer sites\n\nBridge sim-to-real gaps through calibration and adaptation\n\nDebug hardware/software issues on diverse robot platforms\n\nDevelop drivers and interfaces for new robot hardware\n\nProvide technical guidance on robotics best practices\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\n3-7 years of hands‑on robotics experience\n\nExpert-level ROS/ROS2 and C++ skills\n\nExperience with robot controls, planning, or manipulation\n\nStrong hardware debugging skills (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)\n\nComfort working on‑site at customer locations\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with specific platforms (UR, Franka, mobile bases)\n\nBackground in sim-to-real transfer\n\nFamiliarity with ML policy deployment on robots\n\nWe believe diverse teams build better products.
