Looking for very strong experience in Fabric and Viva module/ HR colleague experience.Role Summary:Support the design and implementation of a future state analytics platform to enable Microsoft Viva modules with a focus on Colleague Experience insights The role will design a scalable data estate using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse to ingest and analyze data from Viva Glint Pulse Forms and Viva InsightsKey Responsibilities:Design the target data architecture using Microsoft Fabric One Lake Lakehouse Warehouse for Viva data sourcesDefine ingestion and transformation patterns for data from Glint Pulse Forms and Viva InsightsBuild governed analytics ready datasets to support employee experience engagement and sentiment reportingEnable Power BI Fabric semantic models for insights and dashboardsEnsure data security privacy and compliance for employee dataCollaborate with HR Digital Workplace and IT teams to align analytics with Viva use casesKey Skills:Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric Azure Analytics Lakehouse Data Factory Power BISolid understanding of HR colleague experience data and analyticsExperience designing enterprise data platforms and future state architecturesKnowledge of data governance and privacy considerations for employee data.
