This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications.\r\nCollaborate with analysts, developers, and designers to conceptualize and develop of new software programs and applications.\r\nBe an agile development team member, responsible for working with the team on release planning, sprint planning, scoping, and engaging with customers.\r\nDevelop structured programs using the appropriate computer language while adhering to Information Technology (IT)'s standards.\r\nEnhance existing programs/systems to correct errors or provide new functions.\r\nDesign and specify test procedures including unit, system, and integration testing.\r\nDesign system/program test data, debug programs using appropriate system tools and ensure system/program results are accurate and meet system/program specifications.\r\nProvide training, written instruction and daily support to customers, technical staff, support staff, and management.\r\nQualifications\r\nA high school diploma/equivalent plus 7 years of related work experience\r\nAn Associate's degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field plus 5 years of related work experience\r\nA Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience\r\nExperience with ASP.NET MVC Development\r\nExperience with C#.NET\r\nUnderstanding of the DOM\r\nAbility to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot system applications\r\nAbility to write well-crafted, semantic HTML\r\nUnderstanding of usability on the web with a focus on customer experience\r\nUnderstanding of MVC pattern for web development\r\nUnderstanding of Test Driven Development and testing frameworks\r\nGood interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning\r\nMust be able to work independently as well as part of a team\r\nAbility to organize and control multiple work assignments\r\nMust be able to work on more than one project concurrently\r\nAdditional hours as required including occasional weekends\r\nAbility to interact professionally with staff, customers and management\r\nAdditional Information\r\nWork with blueStone, one of the leading IT Staffing and Consulting companies in the United States.
