This role is responsible for implementing and managing the project's Quality Control Plan, ensuring all work complies with contract requirements, project specifications, approved submittals, and applicable standards.\nAs the primary quality representative on the project, you'll work closely with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, testing laboratories, and government personnel to ensure work is performed correctly the first time. You'll lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections, manage testing and documentation, and maintain clear communication with the owner throughout the project lifecycle.\nThe right person understands both the paperwork and the field side of construction. You're comfortable reviewing specifications, identifying potential issues before they become problems, and maintaining the level of organization required to successfully deliver federal projects.
