This role will primarily be responsible for handling repairs on new and refurbished trailers.Shift: Full-Time l Days- Choose Shifts available for 4:10 hour shift OR 5:8 hour shifts Monday-Friday-NO WEEKENDS!Pay: $25.00-$27.00/HR based on experience/qualificationsWhy work for Reyes Fleet Management?4 Weeks paid time off-Start Accumulating time off on DAY 1!Holiday payYearly performance raisesCareer advancement opportunities401K & Company paid life insuranceReferral bonuses and Reyes Reward programHealth, dental, and vision coverage including multiple medical plansTool & Boot annual payoutGreat work culture and clean facilitiesFinancial and wellness discounts and much morePosition Responsibilities:The Trailer Upfitting Technician is responsible for the refurbishment and remanufacturing of company fleet assets within the CompanyAs a Trailer Upfitting Technician, you will assist with diagnosing and detailed inspections of complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/softwareYou will complete thorough documentation of work orders for repairs through the online AssetWorks systemYou will install trailer refrigeration, heating units, and external graphics as well as perform basic welding, metal cutting, and installation of hydraulic liftgate componentsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experienceMust possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement)Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehiclesPreferred Education and Experience:Technical School Certification
