Responsibilities
Review key sales metrics, focus on improvement areas, and lead upcoming projects.
Train, coach, and provide feedback to sales associates and account managers; ensure accountability and focus on profitable business results.
Engage with the team to maximize sales potential and spend at least 4 days a week with different account managers.
Seek customer feedback, develop improvement strategies, and share with functional leadership to enhance customer experience.
Conduct monthly one‑on‑one accountability sales team reviews with account managers and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Generally have 7+ years of experience in a related field.
Operate a company or personal vehicle more than 80% of the work week; an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of industry sales experience.
5+ years of experience managing an area customer base.
Strong sales‑management background and recruiting experience.
Product knowledge and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Leadership and coaching experience.
Pay Range
$132,700 – $212,300
