We are visible thought leaders and proactive educators, committed to executing with precision and speed, underscoring our reputation as a security powerhouse driving the future of government operations.\nRole responsibilities:\nManage and administer all security aspects for multiple programs, including implementing physical, program, facility and information security requirements to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, federal security regulations and information security requirements.\nDevelop and administer security programs and procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment.\nDevelop, write and review security documentation and provide guidance and assistance for all security levels including collateral and SCI information.\nInvestigate and manage security incidents and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.\nConduct SCI Indoctrination briefings and educational training for new and current employees and coordinate security debriefings as necessary;\nConduct candidate prescreen interviews and serve as an integral participant in the recruiting process.\nResponsible for SCIFs and may be required to respond to after-hours alarms.\nSupport other facility security items as necessary.\nProvide proposal support, as needed to include writing Security Volumes (Prior experience authoring security volumes is a plus).\nPrior experience managing the build-out of SCIFs.\nBe an active member of the security team.\nAssist with preparing clearance request packages.\nOther Security duties as assigned.\nThis position will require the individual to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.\nRequires an active TS/SCI with a Poly.\nQualifications\nTypical Education and Experience:\nBachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.
