The system requires enhanced security, modernized authentication, and support for multiple election contests per user account.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nEnhanced password security requirements.\r\nMulti-contest account support with intuitive contest selection UI.\r\nPasswordless authentication implementation.\r\nComprehensive testing and documentation.\r\nSuccessful production deployment.\r\nRequired Skills & Experience:\r\nBackend Development: Strong .NET/C# experience with API development.\r\nFrontend Development: Modern web application development (Angular or similar frameworks).\r\nAuthentication Systems: Experience implementing secure authentication flows (Identity Server, OAuth, passwordless/magic link authentication).\r\nDatabase Design: Multi-tenant architecture and schema design/migration.\r\nMySQL: Database configuration and management.\r\nDesired Skills & Experience:\r\nAngular experience (legacy and modern versions).\r\nCastle ORM.\r\nFile ingestion and processing systems.\r\nExperience with government or election systems.\r\nStage/production deployment processes.\r\nComfortable working with both legacy and modern technology stacks.\r\nCan work independently while coordinating with stakeholders.\r\nExperience with authentication security best practices.\r\nCan document your work thoroughly for future maintenance.\r\nAvailable for the full contract duration (11-17 weeks).\r\nPay: $63.00 - $90.00 /hr.\r\nWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
