training.\r\nTrack onboarding progress and required training completion.\r\nMaintain Manufacturing training matrices and employee training records.\r\nManufacturing Leadership Support\r\nSupport department by assisting with work order processing and ERP transactions during periods of increased workload or resource constraints.\r\nCustomer & Security Administration\r\nCoordinate Boeing Exostar account requests and renewals.\r\nCoordinate customer-required vendor badges.\r\nPurchase and renew authentication tokens.\r\nMaintain customer security access records.\r\nCoordinate customer portal administration and access requirements.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities Under Quality Manager Oversight\r\nQuality Management System Administration\r\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of System metrics.\r\nPrepare Management Review reports.\r\nDevelop quality performance dashboards.\r\nMonitor Quality KPIs.\r\nVendor & Customer Quality Administration\r\nMaintain the Approved Vendor List.\r\nCoordinate supplier documentation.\r\nCreate and maintain vendor/customer profiles.\r\nSupport customer quality surveys and documentation requests.\r\nQMS Special Requirements\r\nAdminister equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in quality, compliance, or manufacturing preferred.\r\nMinimum 2 years of related manufacturing experience and 1 year in a quality or inspection role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nKnowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and aerospace manufacturing quality systems strongly preferred.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP or quality database systems.\r\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain customer-required access credentials, including Boeing Exostar access and applicable background clearances.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience administering ProShop ERP or a similar manufacturing ERP system.\r\nExperience supporting employee onboarding and training programs.\r\nExperience with document control and Quality Management Systems.\r\nExperience supporting AS9100 and/or ISO 9001
