This position supervises warehouse personnel, maintains inventory accuracy, collaborates with Logistics Manager for inbound and outbound shipments, and supports production and customer requirements through effective warehouse management practices and on time shipments as measured by Bink’s goal of +98% On Time.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nWarehouse Operations\n\nSupervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management, and material handling.\nEnsure warehouse operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.\nOrganize warehouse layouts and storage methods to maximize space utilization and productivity.\nMonitor and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.\n\nShipping & Receiving\n\nOversee receiving processes to ensure materials are accurately inspected, documented, and stored.\nCollaborate with Logistics Manager the outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers and internal locations.\nVerify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance.\nWork with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies and transportation issues.\n\nInventory Management\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.\nLead cycle count programs and physical inventory activities.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory variances and root causes.\nMonitor inventory levels and partner with Purchasing and Planning to support operational requirements.\n\nTeam Leadership\n\nSupervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.\nAssign daily work priorities and monitor employee performance.\nPromote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nParticipate in hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee development activities.\n\nSafety & Continuous Improvement\n\nEnsure compliance with company safety standards.\nConduct regular safety meetings and warehouse inspections.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.\nTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, receiving accuracy, and productivity.\n\nRequired Qualifications / Skills:\n\nThree (3) to Five (5) years manufacturing or distribution leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Exposure to operations, including manufacturing, distribution, order fulfillment and inventory systems. Working knowledge of ERP, warehouse management, computerized database and spreadsheet formats.\nAbility to support management with assessing current environment, team and production capabilities, needs of the business and make directional changes to support commitments to customers.\nLeadership – lead fulfillment department; take charge, and offer suggestions and direction. Clearly articulate requirements and standards to employees.\nAdaptability – ability to create and manage change (positive or negative) – organizationally and individually.\nAbility to create and analyze data to identify non-conformances and root cause to operational issues and problems.
