Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs. Responsibilities include: Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needsProvide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation. Address and solve concerns immediately.Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needsEnter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timelyMaintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroomPromote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultantsAccurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely mannerMaintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operationsAdhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements Time and Detail oriented, Friendly, Outgoing, Able to communicate on a professional level with individuals or groups both verbally and in writing Reliable transportation for use when home measurements are required Ability to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule which includes weekends.
