Responsibilities include: building wooden cases and crates per drawings and specifications; performing foam assembly and material handling; checking work throughout the build process to ensure quality and conformance; maintaining housekeeping and safety standards in the woodshop area; using and maintaining tools and equipment properly; reporting any equipment, tool, or safety issues to the supervisor; working collaboratively as part of a production team; demonstrating the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a loosely structured environment; and performing other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: ability to read and follow basic drawings or instructions; strong attention to detail and quality; willingness to learn; ability to work independently and as part of a team; prior experience in woodshop, manufacturing, or assembly environments preferred; ability to perform physical work, including lifting and material handling.
