Facility responsibilities may include cleaning, grounds-keeping, packing and moving office furniture and/or equipment, and handling all work by-products in offices. May support simple projects, spot painting, and/or light construction. Liaises with contractors on-site and works with the City of Phoenix for all job permitting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDaily completion of drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, masonry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance, including mowing, sprinkler system repair, and snow removal.
