Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Production, you will identify issues early, maintain accurate quality records and help drive practical improvements.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and engaged quality professional who wants to build a long-term career, expand their auditing capabilities and develop within a growing, high-technology manufacturing business.\n\nKey Deliverables\n\nConduct incoming inspections of components, materials and supplier-provided parts\nPerform in-process inspections across electronic manufacturing and assembly activities\nComplete final inspections and release checks for finished products\nVerify products against drawings, specifications, workmanship standards and quality requirements\nSupport and conduct internal quality audits in line with ISO 9001 requirements\nDocument inspection results and maintain accurate, traceable quality records\nIdentify, document and escalate nonconforming materials, products and processes\nWork with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to investigate and resolve quality issues\nSupport corrective actions, root-cause investigations and continuous improvement activities\nReview quality data and identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement\nPromote a proactive quality culture across the manufacturing environment\nSupport supplier, customer and external certification audits as required\n\nAbout You\n\nYou are proactive, engaged and genuinely interested in building a career within quality. You take ownership of your work, ask questions and look beyond the immediate inspection result to understand how quality issues can be prevented in the future.\n\nYou will bring practical quality inspection or auditing experience within an electronics manufacturing environment, together with a sound understanding of ISO 9001 quality management standards. You can confidently interpret drawings, specifications and inspection requirements and have strong attention to detail when reviewing products and documenting results.\n\nA formal quality assurance or internal auditor qualification would be highly regarded but is not essential. Experience using quality data, reporting tools or data analytics to identify trends and support decision-making would also be an advantage.\n\nYou will communicate clearly, work effectively across multiple teams and remain organized while managing changing priorities. Most importantly, you will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to contribute to continuous improvement.\n\nU.S. citizenship is required due to the handling of export-controlled materials, and the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.\n\nBenefits and Culture\n\nOur culture is supportive and collaborative.
