Learning Facilitator IIThe Learning Facilitator II independently supports foundational banking training programs across multiple functional areas. This role serves as a facilitator and contributor to curriculum development, supporting consistent, high-quality learning experiences across the organization.Essential Job FunctionsMaintain working knowledge of online learning platforms; provide backup and assist as neededDeliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning programs across all core banking topics and systemsFacilitate new hire onboarding programs and foundational skill development for associates at all levelsProvide coaching and reinforcement through follow-up sessions and on-the-job supportUpdate and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, and participant resourcesEnsure all content reflects current policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system updatesApply instructional design best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiencesCustomize training solutions for specific roles, departments, or business needsCoordinate logistics for training sessions (scheduling, materials, rosters, tracking)Maintain training records and learning management system (LMS) data accuracySupport onboarding and enterprise-wide training initiativesGather feedback to continuously improve training programsSupport as back up to lending coursesSupport change management efforts through training deliveryProvide guidance and support to Level I facilitators or new team membersContribute to team projects and shared curriculum development effortsJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior banking experience, including operational knowledge across core functionsPrior experience delivering classroom or virtual training preferredKnowledge/Skills RequiredAdvanced training facilitation skillsAdvanced presentation skillsIntermediate customer service skillsIntermediate understanding of Adult Learning TheoryIntermediate proficiency with Learning Management SystemsIntermediate research skillsIntermediate problem-solving skillsIntermediate verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate collaboration skillsIntermediate time management skillsIntermediate organizational skillsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft OfficeBasic understanding of instructional designBasic active listening skillsPhysical and Mental QualificationsStanding, walking, bending and stooping requiredMust be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computerMust be able to occasionally move or lift up to 10 poundsMay be asked to work supplemental hours periodicallyTravel required occasionally during and after business hoursThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent assigned to this classification.
