As an Engagement Manager, you will partner closely with senior marketing and creative leaders to design and execute AI‑driven content strategies that accelerate production, strengthen brand governance, and elevate campaign performance. In this role, you will guide clients through discovery workshops, define high‑impact use cases, and oversee end‑to‑end solution deployment — from requirements gathering to platform configuration and integration.How You’ll Make ImpactLead enterprise‑scale marketing and creative operations transformations by leveraging Typeface's generative AI solutions to drive organizational evolutionDevelop deep partnerships with key stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Creative Directors, Brand Managers) by demonstrating profound knowledge of AI‑powered content solutions tailored to their business goalsBuild trust, confidence, and advocacy through executive communication cadences and proactive project/issue managementFormulate comprehensive GenAI and digital content transformation strategies aligned with customer objectivesLead discovery workshops to identify high‑impact opportunities for AI‑driven content creation and brand governanceDefine and prioritize use cases across email marketing, ad campaigns, social media, SEO content, and video creationCollaborate with Typeface engineers and architects to build detailed requirements for customer‑specific implementationsGuide solution configuration and deployment, including Brand Hub setup, agent customization, and platform integrations (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Campaign Manager 360)Drive product adoption across marketing, creative, and content teams through hands‑on enablement and best practice sharingEstablish success metrics and business value frameworks tied to content velocity, brand consistency, cost savings, and campaign performanceAct as the voice of the customer, translating field insights into product requirements and roadmap prioritiesDevelop and share scalable implementation patterns, templates, and best practices across the customer baseWhat You’ll Bring4‑10+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or marketing technologyProven track record leading successful digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across multiple industriesDeep understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challengesExceptional talent crafting a culture of customer‑centricity with ability to build C‑level relationships and navigate complex organizational structuresPassion for AI and practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise requirementsWorking knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery modelsFamiliarity with marketing technology stacks, including CMS platforms, DAM systems, marketing automation, and analytics toolsStrong grasp of generative AI for text, image, and video creation, with understanding of brand governance and content safetyProduct‑and human‑centric approach — comfortable at the intersection of business, strategy, creativity, and technologyAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution while managing ambiguity in fast‑moving AI landscapeSkilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences with strong risk‑management capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations, workshops, and documentation with ability to facilitate cross‑functional alignmentThe OTE compensation range for this role is $170,000–$210,000.
