Your expertise will ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing to our mission of providing reliable telecommunications solutions.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nInstall, test, and configure telecommunication equipment and services in MDUs and SFUs.\n\nPerform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot service issues as they arise.\n\nCommunicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.\n\nEducate customers on service features, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.\n\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and cable services.\n\nWork with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.\n\nMaintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.\n\nUpdate network documentation and diagrams as necessary.\n\nAdhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing installations and repairs.\n\nEnsure proper handling of equipment and materials.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in telecommunications or related field is a plus.\n\nPrevious experience as a technician in telecommunications, cable, or a related field preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with networking concepts, signal flow, and equipment installation.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.\n\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation.\n\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes\n\nPay Weekly\nHealth, Vision, & Dental Insurance\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n401k Plan\nPaid sick leave in accordance with any applicable state or municipal laws\n\nGridSource is a proud supporter of our U.S. military, veterans, and their families.
