You will partner closely with internal clients and team leadership to manage workflow, clarify requirements, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced remote environment. The position also plays a key role in mentoring designers, supporting team development, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annuallyResponsibilities Manage the shift workflow and daily operations of the presentation design team. Triage, prioritize, and clarify incoming project requirements with clients. Monitor team performance, adjust assignments, and assist during peak workload periods. Provide feedback and mentorship to support career development of designers. Conduct quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet brand standards. Maintain accurate project documentation and records in relevant systems. Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and skills gap analysis.Qualifications 10-15 years of relevant experience in presentation, graphic design, or marketing. 3-5 years of proven leadership experience. Strong knowledge of design principles and industry standards in marketing and financial services. Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and proficiency in relevant software. Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment. Experience in quality control and team development initiatives.
