This candidate will be a key player to assess current maturity and establish enterprise-wide DevOps practices focused on CI/CD pipelines, scalable centralized DevOps across multiple technologies, and deployment targets across cloud and on‑premise.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nCandidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area as this position is an onsite role.\n\nBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.\n\nAt least 11 years of Information Technology experience (IOT, Telematics, and Automotive Domain is a must).\n\nAt least 6 years of DevSecOps assessment, design and implementation experience.\n\nAssess the current stage, define and implement an operating model, people/process transformation and DevSecOps solution blueprint. Translate the customer requirement to DevSecOps use‑cases.\n\nIdentify DevSecOps bottlenecks in value stream and provide recommendations.\n\nParticipate in RFPs, create PoCs / Accelerators / IPs and evangelize.\n\nDesign high‑level DevSecOps architecture, solutioning as per client requirements.\n\nDrive meetings to gather technical and integration requirements with regard to DevSecOps, derive and justify technical solutions to client stakeholders.\n\nMust be able to understand and define architectural solution blueprint, design frameworks and methodologies used and create and implement an appropriate DevSecOps solution.\n\nKnowledge of security testing best practices across the DevSecOps processes and infrastructure, including implementing secure access controls, encryption and monitoring.\n\nAll applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.\n\nTechnical Skills Required\n\nGit Repository Migration: Proven experience migrating Git repositories between platforms (strong preference for GitLab to GitHub).
