Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our culinary team as a . Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance dining experiences Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas Serve meals efficiently while providing excellent customer service Manage food handling responsibilities in accordance with health regulations Support catering events and special functions as needed Maintain proper knife skills and techniques for efficient food preparation Contribute to kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, equipment, and supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and timely service Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred Background in fine dining, restaurant, or catering environments is highly desirable Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Experience with menu planning and food presentation techniques Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting Prior experience in the food industry or culinary field is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, with a focus on teamwork and professionalism Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
