The PM PNT provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army director PNT systems.\n\nThis position is hybrid requiring 2-3 days on site in Aberdeen, MD.\n\nThe SETA services provided to PM PNT shall support the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army’s PNT portfolio. PM PNT provides coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army’s mounted and dismounted platforms. PM PNT is the Army’s lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and ALTNAV Technology Development; and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM)., as well as any future PNT efforts in both the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:\nDevelop, review, and provide recommendations for classified and unclassified PM PNT products including program objectives, integrated master schedules, budget requests, requirements analysis, strategies, schedules, program documentation, program briefings, business case analysis, acquisition planning, policy implementation and achievement of milestone objectives.\nPrepare for and attend PM PNT program meetings including: IPTs; reviews leading to and including Milestone Decisions; PNT product Contractor reviews; POM reviews; PNT product platform and client meetings; Program Management Reviews (PMRs); Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs); Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA) reviews, and budget reviews.\nReview, recommend, and update program documentation supporting the acquisition process and long-term PM PNT program planning.\nDevelop, review, and maintain program level documentation supporting the acquisition process IAW documents required by law, regulation, directive and/or policy such as the U.S. Code Title 10, DFAS Manual 37-100, DoDD 5000.01, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02 and Army Regulation (AR) 70-1.
