Summary of Position :Support day-to-day HR operations across multiple field locations by partnering directly with managers, supervisors, and employees. This role serves as a key link between HR and field operations—ensuring compliance, driving consistency, and supporting a positive employee experience at the site level.This position is ideal for a hands-on, solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and supporting operational leaders. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to balance administrative execution with real-time employee and manager support.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR support partner for field managers and supervisors across assigned locationsSupport onboarding and pre-boarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance and a smooth start experienceMaintain accurate employee data in HR systems (ADP), including new hires, status changes, and terminations.Partner with field leadership to ensure completion of training, certifications, and compliance requirementsProvide day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and systems (including ADP navigation)Support employee relations by handling intake of concerns, documenting cases, and escalating when appropriateAssist with unemployment claims, investigations, and hearings as neededSupport performance management processes, including tracking reviews and employee development activitiesCoordinate and support new hire orientation sessions in partnership with Training and field leadershipMaintain employee records in compliance with company policy and legal requirementsAssist with engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and field-level HR projectsPartner with operations to ensure proper staffing data, scheduling alignment, and workforce compliance (ACA, union codes, etc.)Provide support for audits, reporting, and compliance-related requests (EEOC, internal audits, etc.)Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred2–3 years of HR experience in a field, multi-site, or operations-driven environment strongly preferredExperience supporting hourly workforce populations is strongly preferredFamiliarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and support all levels of field leadershipAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to field needsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsWillingness to travel locally to support field operations as neededAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Preferred Qualifications: PHR or SPHR certification. Bachelor’s’ Degree, preferably in Human Resources, or a closely related field. Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and IRCA.
