What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.\nEach day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:\nLead project managers and cross functional teams working on new product development and sustaining initiatives.\nReview high-level deliverables across product line.\nEnsure organization is well informed of changes to project timelines, capital expenses, etc.\nEnsure superior solution delivery to market and provide senior level resolution to issues.\nProvide executive summaries of project status on a regular basis, present to senior executive team and board of directors.\nAddress and resolve all cost issues using the resources of the staff accountant and purchasing department.\nHelp create pipeline costs forecasts and broad-based financial picture for product lines.\nManage external partnerships with vendors and external technical contractors.\nExperience\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field, and ten (10) to twenty (20) years of project management experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.\nSix sigma methodologies and certification preferred.\nMaster’s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and project management electronic management tools.\nAdvanced knowledge of financial acumen to drive continuous improvement in processes and cost management.\nExcellent critical thinking skills including the ability to independently solve problems with data.\nExcellent presentation skills including public speaking and presentation creation using PowerPoint or a similar program.\nAdvanced communication skills including the ability to influence people at all levels in an organization.\nAdvanced problem-solving and creative innovation leadership skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and programs at the same time to complete work.\nAbility to develop high level relationships and rapport with customers and business partners and represent T.D.
