Performs activities requiringapplication of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria incarrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks. 1.Contributes effectively as a member of the team; takesownership of individual assignments and projects. 2. Develops,codes and unit tests design solutions. 3. Leads and participatesin writing and reviewing software functional specifications anddesign reviews. 4. Creates detailed designs, performs analyses,creates prototypes, and documents completed designs. 5.Mentors and directs the efforts of more entry­level Engineers. 6.Provides third tier support when required. 7. Contributes to thedevelopment and achievement of ABTG organizational goalsand objectives. 8. Participates in activities such as reviewingmarketing requirements. 9. Functions as task, project, or teamleader when assigned; represents the organization on projectteams and may perform technical project leadership roles whilefostering teamwork and collaboration within and across workgroups. 10. Provides input for Software Development budgetingand scheduling. 11. Provides input for Software Developmentsoftware and hardware purchases. 12.
