Rental Car Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental CSR to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, creating positive first and last impressions while helping customers secure the right rental vehicle for their needs.Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Position SummaryAs a Rental CSR, you will handle the full cycle of customer rental reservations — from initial inquiry to final booking and vehicle handover. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while performing essential operational tasks to keep the location running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers, qualify their rental needs, and expertly finalize and book reservations to meet both customer expectations and business goals.Deliver outstanding service throughout the rental process, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and care.Manage daily operations including inventory control, callbacks, vehicle preparation (including car washing), and auditing paperwork for accuracy and compliance.Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready facility.Store HoursMonday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Weekend availability is requiredRequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldMust possess a valid driver's license and be certified to driveMust have a clean driving record: fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents within the last 3 yearsMust be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screenIdeal Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be energetic, sales-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
