Line Cook - Fry/Grill
Job Description:CAS (fry/grill) is a high-volume station, streamlined to be quick & easy pickups. The CAS line cook is responsible for soups, salads, curries, and appetizers. CAS line cook equipment includes a steam table, fryer, grill, flat top, and stove top boilers.Job Responsibilities:preparation of station before opening (including small prep)fulfilling orders in a quick & timely fashioncleaning up/restocking stationdaily maintenance/cleaning of equipmentteam organization of walk-in coolercommunication of any items needed from prep teamJob Qualifications:at least 1 year on the linefry experience preferredteamwork & communication are a MUSTstrong ability to multi-task required
