The person acts in a supervisory role overseeing the work of contractors, and vendors on project that are managed by Sevan Multi-Site Solutions. This position is located onsite at Ft. Jackson.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAssist Project Manager with on-site review of construction progress against project schedule.\nProactively communicates project related issues directly with project team.\nReview construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to help assist in delivery of project.\nAssist Project Manager with monitoring and reporting on project work in the field.\nAssist project team with project reporting and documentation requirements.\nFollows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.\nProvide input to weekly status reports for projects.\nLearn project management skills through exposure to projects and programs.\nAttend project meetings as required.\nDevelops relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelors Degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or 3+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines at once.\nProject controls including, submittal management, RFI management, change management, managing daily project reporting.\nSafety Management, including Incident and Near Miss Reporting\nOSHA 30 Certification, preferred.\nProject Closeout, including completion reports and consolidate and present O&M manuals to the owner\nExperience in residential construction projects, highly preferred.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.\nStrong ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the project team including management, project management, clients, client’s organization, contractors, and vendors.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Smartsheet.\nCulture, Leadership and Employee Development\nExemplifies and promotes our values of integrity, respect, teamwork, excellence, and charity.\nEmbrace key Sevan-wide initiatives, like Safety and Sustainability.\nCommunicates our vision and purpose through Service, Talent, and Choices.\nServes as a role model and promotes professional behavior.\nParticipates in personal career development through on-the-job training, attends training programs and assists in the development of interns / co-ops.\nSevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
