Technical Product Lead, Enterprise Systems

Role Description We are seeking a full-time Technical Product Lead for Enterprise Systems to join our team on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will drive the development and enhancement of our software reliability platform, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and sales teams. You will define and prioritize system requirements, oversee integration with enterprise systems, and ensure that technical solutions align with client needs. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and contributing to the development of training and onboarding materials for enterprise clients. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisionsClear and effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams, present ideas, and engage stakeholdersExperience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting for system issues and processesAbility to support Sales efforts by communicating technical value propositions and assisting with client solution designProficiency with enterprise system integrations and technical product managementBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in modern software development practices or tools is a strong plus
