The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skillsWhat You Will DoProactively lead the sales operational efforts within the account (not reactive)Manage and Oversee the Account rhythm activities, thinking partner to the client partner(s)/ front end teams/ delivery teamsManage and Own Compliance with respect to the Sales ProcessAnalyze the Pipeline, Revenue, Costs and provide sensible reporting to drive decisions, derive valuable insights to help business leaders make decisionsAdhere to salesforce on business campaigns, pitches and response to customer requests (RFI, Approach Notes, Whitepaper, Reports….).Oversee effective adoption of Salesforce, drive and manage business updates in salesforceCustomer Visit Management: Manage and Own Customer Visits meticulously E2E (Agenda, PPT working with stakeholders, working with other enabler functions for meeting arrangements, MoM, Drive actions coming out to closure)Enable the Account Leadership in performance reporting, best practice sharing for leadership meetings and report outsInterface with enabler functions on business needs and initiatives:Marketing /Branding Initiatives and Events, GBH Appreciation, IT on Customer ConnectivityInterface with Hiring Team on Recruitment for critical positions within the VBUWhat You Will BringBachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related required, Masters – OptionalMinimum of 4-7 years enterprise-wide experience in Sales roles – Business Manager, Business Analyst, Sales Operation, Sales Enablement, Business Development ExecutiveProficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint especially)Exposure to Oracle Financial Modules, SDFC etc., Power BIFlexibility to adapt and stretch to deliver on time, stretch beyond the goals, expectations by working closely with the team in person/virtually closing open actions proactivelyAbility Learn and understand Quest Global Sales System – Fast LearnerHungry – Doesn’t get bored on support related activitiesProduce insights that will be utilized in presentations and help drive decisionsExcellent verbal and written skills, self-confidence, influencing people, proven attention to detail.Organized – keeps lists, takes notes, follows up, prioritize tasksShould be PROACTIVE vs REACTIVEExcellent multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple requests and perform diverse job functionsAble to manage routine and Adhoc activitiesGood at time management and problem-solving skillsStrong work ethic and sense of responsibility, Assertive – asks questions – pushes back for clarityFollow up – ensures things are progressing – keeps others informedEnergetic and able to effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplish tasks of high complexity and scope, and can perform professionally in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment.Pay Range: $55,000 to $70,000 Plus variable payCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
