Rooted in tradition yet shaped by modern culinary culture, Momotaro is known for pristine sushi, robata-grilled specialties, and a thoughtfully curated beverage program — all delivered within a striking, high-energy space.The Role Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Bartender is responsible for executing the full beverage program while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, efficiency, and quality behind the bar while supporting the overall flow of service. What You’ll Do Prepare all bar ingredients and batch items using standardized recipes to support all service shifts Stock and maintain the bar according to established pars and service needs Produce all classic and specialty cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency Maintain proper pour standards for all beer, wine, and spirits Ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation while upholding sanitation standards Provide attentive and knowledgeable food and beverage service in accordance with restaurant standards Follow established steps of service to ensure a seamless guest experience Manage a bar section while directing support staff to maintain proper flow of service Accurately enter all food and beverage orders to support timely service Handle all guest payments and transactions with accuracy and accountability Verify identification for all alcohol purchases in accordance with company and legal standards Maintain strong menu knowledge, including food, beverage, and allergy information Complete daily checkout procedures, including balancing cash and credit transactions Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently Who You Are Experienced Bartender with strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Passionate about hospitality and creating an engaging bar experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset across FOH and BOH teams Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Proactive problem-solver who communicates effectively with leadership Flexible, reliable, and maintains a professional appearance at all times Maintain all required health, sanitation, and alcohol service certifications Why This Role Be part of a beverage-driven program focused on quality, consistency, and guest experience Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong team support Opportunity to grow within Boka Restaurant Group, which prioritizes internal advancement and long-term career development Benefits & Perks Health, Dental, and Voluntary Benefits Package (available after 90 days), employer-sponsored mental health and wellness resources, 401(k) program, paid sick leave, career mentorship and growth opportunities, and dining incentives across our 20+ establishments.
