What You’ll DoTake full ownership of restoration projects from start to finishWork closely with estimators to develop accurate scopes and job costsCommunicate confidently with customers, insurance reps, and vendorsSchedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and resourcesEnsure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetsOversee job documentation for smooth billing and complianceDeliver a top-tier customer experience that leads to 5-star reviewsManage multiple projects at once—without letting anything slip??
