Capabilities Integration Officer with Security Clearance

Responsibilities * Support the development and alignment of enterprise architectures, ensuring system capabilities, features, and services comply with mission requirements and applicable agreements. * Provide technical and strategic support to DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, and PPBES processes. * Collaborate on the integration of capabilities across government, commercial, and foreign partners to ensure compliance with architecture and data-sharing standards. * Prepare and deliver analytical presentations and briefings for senior leadership, including program management reviews and stakeholder meetings. * Assist in the oversight of program development activities, including: * CONOPS development * Technology roadmap planning * Requirements definition and allocation * Cross-segment/interface alignment * Verification, validation, and transition to operations * Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and technical reviews to evaluate integration issues and technology readiness. * Provide input on lifecycle decisions including deployment, operations, and retirement planning. * Support system engineering lifecycle activities including decomposition, allocation, and validation across programs and segments. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems. * Experience with systems engineering of large, complex System of Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments. * Demonstrated experience supporting capability integration across multi-agency and multinational environments. * Familiarity with government acquisition and requirements processes, including PPBES. * Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle, technical planning, and enterprise-level oversight. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and senior leadership stakeholders. * Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.bfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
