This position focuses on designing and tracking performance metrics, managing critical tools, and streamlining processes that enable Agile planning and organizational efficiency. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about continuous improvement, this role offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMetrics & Analytics\nDefine and maintain KPIs to measure organizational effectiveness.\nCollect, validate, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights.\nBuild dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize trends and outcomes.\nTool Administration\nConfigure and administer tools like Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Power BI.\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across systems.\nOperational Management\nMaintain accurate employee rosters and team capacity records.\nCoordinate Agile planning activities, including sprint planning and PI sessions.\nFacilitate Process Improvements Board meetings and track follow-ups.\nTriage incoming operations change requests and route appropriately.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify process bottlenecks and propose efficiency enhancements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile best practices.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.\n2–4 years of experience in analytics, operations, or process management.\n1-3 years of Azure DevOps (ADO) administration and configuration of projects and work item types.\nProficiency with Power BI (or similar Business Intelligence tools) - creation of semantic models, reports and dashboards\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.\nExperience coordinating Agile ceremonies and familiarity with Scrum or SAFe frameworks.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).\nFamiliarity with HR or workforce management systems (e.g., WorkDay).\nAbility to work independently and influence without formal authority.\nAdditional Information\nWhile we've outlined some key qualities we typically seek, it's essential to remember that there might be additional unique strengths and talents you possess that would make you an exceptional match for us, even if they're not explicitly mentioned.
