Engineering Program Manager

OI will have a team to focus on global OEE standardization, adaptation, and implementation. This role will interact with Medtronic global operations to drive a culture of business process optimization and innovation.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Manage OEE Capital, Expense and Saving portfolio with sites.
Report OEE Capital, Expense and Savings.
Deploy and promote OEE culture on sites in scope.
Develop and implement the OEE standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing.
Develop a plan with key stakeholders to improve lines and processes to deliver savings targets.
Apply a system-based approach for improving OEE, so it can be sustained after the project is complete.
Coaching and developing individuals and team on planning and managing for OEE improvement.
Leading OEE Program - developing overall program plan, organization and tracking approach.
Ensuring organization follows KPI standard for measurement and reporting OEE.
Developing OEE improvement plans with stakeholders for individual lines and processes
Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
