OI will have a team to focus on global OEE standardization, adaptation, and implementation. This role will interact with Medtronic global operations to drive a culture of business process optimization and innovation.\r\nA Day in the Life\r\nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:\r\nManage OEE Capital, Expense and Saving portfolio with sites.\r\nReport OEE Capital, Expense and Savings.\r\nDeploy and promote OEE culture on sites in scope.\r\nDevelop and implement the OEE standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing.\r\nDevelop a plan with key stakeholders to improve lines and processes to deliver savings targets.\r\nApply a system-based approach for improving OEE, so it can be sustained after the project is complete.\r\nCoaching and developing individuals and team on planning and managing for OEE improvement.\r\nLeading OEE Program - developing overall program plan, organization and tracking approach.\r\nEnsuring organization follows KPI standard for measurement and reporting OEE.\r\nDeveloping OEE improvement plans with stakeholders for individual lines and processes\r\nOrganizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.\r\nSelects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function\r\nMust Have: Minimum Requirements\r\nBachelors degree required\r\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience\r\nAbout Medtronic\r\nTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
