The Meat and Seafood Director will be responsible for overall merchandising initiatives enabling our meat and seafood departments to reach their full potential in driving sales, performance and profit. This position provides hands on expertise, training, and direction to Meat Managers, staff and store leadership on all phases of meat and seafood operations. This includes product knowledge, cold chain management, quality assurance, food safety and product merchandising.
