Reporting to the Director, Talent, the L&D Manager will work closely alongside organizational leadership, to create, facilitate, and evaluate full-cycle training programs aligned with our wider business objectives, while also meeting the individual needs of employees. This role will require advanced skills in needs assessment, stakeholder relationship management, measurement and evaluation, development and delivery of both ILT and vILT training, career path development, and people leadership skills. You will play a critical role in how we develop and retain talent at STACK.
