With our wide range of experience, we provide valuable expertise in critical areas of consulting and acquisition operations.\nThe Program Manager serves as the primary interface between contractor personnel and the client. This role provides overall leadership, coordination, and oversight for contract execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely support services. The Program Manager is responsible for program cost, schedule, and performance management, while advising federal leadership and enabling mission success through structured program management, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nThe Program Manager shall perform, at a minimum, the following duties:\nServe as the primary Point of Contact (POC) to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and government stakeholders\nPlan, execute, and oversee all program activities in alignment with the client’s strategic priorities\nManage program cost, schedule, and performance in accordance with contract requirements and agency expectations\nProvide strategic, technical, and operational guidance to federal leadership\nFacilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, agency stakeholders, and external partners\nTrack, assess, and report program progress, risks, issues, and performance outcomes\nSupport the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices\nEnsure all program deliverables meet established quality, compliance, and timeliness standards\nLead and participate in program meetings, briefings, and formal status updates\nEnsure adherence to federal contract compliance requirements and internal company policies\nRequirements:\n\nContractor personnel shall meet the following minimum requirements:\nBachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in a related field OR Associate’s degree with a\nminimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience\nDemonstrated experience managing federal programs or government contracts\nStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills\n________________________________________\nPreferred Qualifications (if applicable)\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification\nExperience supporting policy-driven, operational, or mission-critical federal programs\n________________________________________\nCore Competencies\nProgram and Project Management\nStakeholder Engagement and Coordination\nStrategic Planning and Execution\nRisk, Performance, and Quality Management\nFederal Contract Compliance\n________________________________________\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nCTR Management Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
