Your work will directly impact the quality and timeliness of our lending process.In this role, you will:Prepare, process, and maintain loan documentation and credit filesGather and organize client information to support consumer and real estate loan applicationsCoordinate appraisals, title work, insurance, and other required documentationReview loan files for accuracy, completeness, and complianceAssist with loan closings, including disbursements and documentation preparationMonitor documentation through tickler systems to ensure files remain currentSupport reporting and maintain electronic records in internal systemsProvide assistance to loan officers, auditors, and examiners as neededYou’ll also provide occasional front-line support by:Answering incoming callsAssisting with basic transactionsAccepting payments and supporting customer needsWhat Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone who is:Highly organized with strong attention to detailA proactive team player who takes initiativeAdaptable and able to manage multiple prioritiesA strong communicator with a customer-first mindsetReliable and committed to delivering high-quality workWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED required (Associate degree or coursework preferred)Previous banking or loan processing experience preferredStrong computer, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and lift 20–40 lbsWhy Astra Bank?At Astra Bank, you’re more than just a number—you’re part of a team that values collaboration, service, and community.
