This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Control (QC) Program, conducting inspections of services and work performed, evaluating performance data, and preparing reports that validate compliance or identify areas for improvement.The Quality Control Manager monitors building conditions and project activities for potential quality, safety, and health concerns in coordination with the Safety Supervisor. This role investigates customer complaints, analyzes findings, develops corrective action recommendations, and reports results to project leadership. The successful candidate will promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence while helping ensure the highest level of performance across all contract operations.Salary$80, 0000 - $100,000 (DOE) plus employer paid insurance!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain quality surveillance and tracking system for maintenance shops and subcontractors. Develops and implements QC plan, ensuring environmental plan compliance, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting. Advises the Project Manager on quality control, safety and environmental program status, strategies, issues and potential problem areas.
